Trilene Knot

A variation of the cinch knot is the 2 turn cinch knot also called a Trilene knot. This fishing knot is good with monofilament, fluorocarbon and very necessary with slippery braided fishing line line. It puts double the breaking strength at the eye of the hook. If the size of the knot is no issue, this knot works very well. It is impossible to tie on a small hook like a dry fly hook (#10 or smaller). Most lures used in bass fishing will be no problem though.
